Hi, I’m McKinna!

Hi there! I’m a New York City–based virtual assistant with a background in hospitality and a passion for helping people stay organized and stress-free. After years in the hospitality industry, I’ve developed a strong foundation in customer service, attention to detail, and multitasking—all of which I now bring to my virtual assistant work.

I specialize in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing schedules and coordinating meetings to organizing inboxes and handling client communication, I make sure nothing slips through the cracks. I’m experienced with both Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, and I love using tools like Canva and QuickBooks to streamline workflows and keep projects on track.

My work also includes creating and managing invoices, tracking budgets, and analyzing expenses to help clients stay financially organized. Whether it’s preparing reports, managing correspondence, learning a new platform, or providing top-notch customer support, I take pride in delivering reliable, efficient, and friendly service.

As a mom of three, I’ve mastered the art of juggling many batons and staying calm under pressure. Outside of work, I love seeing a Broadway musical and watching Disney classics with my kids—creative outlets that keep me inspired and balanced. I bring that same creativity and positivity to my clients, helping them stay focused on what matters most while I take care of the details.
